The applicants are required to obtain the prospectus with admission form from the institute or by post on payment. The admission form filled up must be submitted with all relevant documents within the time limit.
Submission of Application1. Complete application form in every aspect. 2. Three passport size attested photographs and seven non attested photographs. 3. Photostat copy of matriculation certificate duly attested. 4. Photostat copy of 10+2 examination certificate along with detailed marks certificates duly attested. (Only for those applying for G.N.M. Course). 5. Photostat copy of Residential certificate duly attested: 1 copy. 6. Two self-addressed envelopes duly stamped. 7. Certificate of SC/ST (where applicable) by the competent authority.
